Sarah Press provides individual and family therapy for teens, young adults and adults focused on culturally congruent, family-centered care. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, stressful life changes, coping with serious illness and grief counseling. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from various disciplines in order to develop a unique therapeutic relationships and treatment plans incorporating modalities including Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing, all toward warm, supportive and productive therapeutic relationships.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading and cooking with and for her family.

Sarah offers tele-health and in-person therapy to patients in our Campbell office.
