Katherine “Katie” Nice serves the Clinical Director for Campbell Teen & Family Therapy, Inc. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working with children, teens and families for over 12 years. She graduated from JFK University with a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology and has spent much of her career providing services to clients, supervision to other therapists and engaging in management and leadership at non-profit agencies in Santa Clara County.

Katie believes that children and teens in therapy will have more benefit when their parents are involved in some capacity in their treatment.  She develops a unique treatment plan for each individual and their family.  She works from the theory that one person in the family making positive changes will benefit the entire family system.

Caring for a young one as they face the challenges of adolescence is incredibly difficult and parents ultimately want the best for their children. Sometimes challenges in the family can make it hard for parents to see what is right in front of them; the amazing kaleidoscope of a kid whom they are lucky enough to love. Katie looks forward to working with your child and your family to normalize support for mental health, improve communication which as a result may bring balance back into your home.
