Kenneth Souza

As Office Manager at Campbell Teen & Family Therapy, Inc., Kenneth helps keep the practice running smoothly, thoughtfully, and with care. He works closely with the administrative team to support daily operations while continually improving systems that enhance both the client experience and the flow of the office.

He plays a key role in co-managing client intake, coordinating therapist schedules and office space, and supporting the onboarding of new clinicians. Kenneth also assists with billing and client account matters, helping ensure a clear and supportive experience for families. He partners with leadership on the monthly practice newsletter and community outreach efforts, building and maintaining relationships with referring providers. He enjoys bringing the team together by organizing staff events that foster connection, collaboration, and a positive work environment.

With a background in hospice care administration and psychotherapy practice management, Kenneth brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to his work.
