Appointment is generally 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Priority action plan and recommendations will be reviewed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"y3ca\"><button aria-controls=\"content-y3ca\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><h4 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Final Report<\/h4><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-y3ca\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>Information from the feedback is often a part of the report finalization process.<\/li>\n<li>Final collection attempt of any outstanding digital rating scales.<\/li>\n<li>You will receive the comprehensive written report within 1 month of the feedback meeting. Clinicians and staff are working on several different reports at any given time and only certain days are allocated to writing (versus testing\/consultation). It is not usually possible to expedite reports, and for equity in care, reports are provided in the order they are scheduled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"o4a3\"><button aria-controls=\"content-o4a3\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><h4 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">After Receiving the Report<\/h4><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-o4a3\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><ul>\n<li>After reviewing the report, reach out with any other questions you may have or to further process the findings and action items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"v746\"><button aria-controls=\"content-v746\" class=\"w-tabs-section-header\"><h4 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Our Toolbox<\/h4><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-v746\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Assessment should be personalized, thorough yet not excessive, and culturally relevant.
